Maree Cole

Maree completed a degree in Acting at the National Institute of Dramatic Art in October 2015. Before attending NIDA, Maree lived in Perth where she pursued classical music and singing. She trained in classical voice at WAAPA and graduated the university with a Bachelor of Education specialising in Music, and a certificate II in Musical Theatre. She had a rich and varied entertaining life in WA, performing in numerous productions directed by the late John Milson. Notable professional performances include Les Miserables (Fantine), Oklahoma (Ado Annie) and Speaking in Tongues (Jane/Valerie). Maree continues to perform with her group Swing time with The Andrews Sisters in various cabaret venues, including the Adelaide Cabaret Festival in 2012. Alongside acting and music, Maree is a keen sportswoman and plays with the UNSW Hockey Club.
