Sophy Carol

In 2015, at just 20, Sophy Carol graduated from the Australian Institute of Music (AIM), majoring in Musical Theatre.
While studying at AIM Sophy was a part of the cast of Keating, in the role of the Scrutineer, which favoured her ‘belt-style’ voice. She also performed as Angie in the play Top Girls and her personal favourite Bottom in Midsummer Night’s Dream.
Her professional credits include the starring role of Bridget in the Australian premiere/touring production of Bring It On: The Musical working with maestro, Anne-Maree McDonald. She is one of ‘The Faces’ of Neutrogena’s 2015/2016 advertising campaign and Sophy was thrilled to be cast in Squabbalogic’s Mystery Musical: Bye Bye Birdie.
Sophy has also been fortunate to also perform in many Packemin Productions including Hairspray, Joseph And The Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, The Wizard of Oz, and playing the role of Charlotte Sowerberry in their 2012 production of Oliver!.
Thanks to her South American heritage Sophy is a fluent in Spanish. Sophy lives with her family in Castle Hill NSW
